Public AI review: input to suggestion

Your selected location details, optional revenue and cost figures, and operational descriptions are validated and sent through Culinex’s server to Lovable AI. The model returns location-specific risks and suggested actions. API credentials stay on the server; they are not shared with your browser.

What Culinex stores

The public AI tool does not save operational input or generated reviews to Culinex’s database. They remain in the current page until it is closed or reloaded. Do not treat this as permanent storage or as a guarantee that hosting and AI processors keep no technical records. Their processing and logging follow their service terms; this public tool does not offer a contractual zero-retention commitment.

Free assessment requests are different: contact and readiness information is stored privately for follow-up. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion requests.

Security boundaries

Inputs have length and numeric limits and are validated before processing. Private assessment records and conversion events have restricted database access. Public visitors cannot read other submissions. These safeguards are not a certification or an assurance that all security risks are eliminated.

Share only what is appropriate

Use summaries or anonymized operating facts. Exclude employee names, personal information, passwords, access tokens, payment details and confidential records. For sensitive production data, agree access, approved processors, retention, deletion and integration scope before beginning a pilot.

Verify before acting

AI-generated priorities are suggestions, not observed facts. Confirm the supporting evidence and missing data, assign a responsible operator and verify the outcome. No AI result certifies food safety or guarantees savings. The interactive product demo is separate and uses illustrative data only.
