Using the public website
Use this website for lawful business evaluation. Provide information you are authorized to share. Do not submit personal employee records, credentials, payment information, health information or trade secrets to the public AI review. Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse submission tools or disrupt the service.
Demonstrations and availability
The interactive product demo uses illustrative restaurants, figures and scenarios. Demo approvals and batch starts do not notify a real kitchen, connect a POS or execute an operational action. Numerical illustrations are not customer evidence or guaranteed savings. Capability labels distinguish current scope, activation work and roadmap direction; actual availability and integrations must be confirmed for your engagement.
Free Kitchen Operational Assessment
The initial assessment covers one selected priority or representative kitchen, with additional locations scoped during the discussion. It is free and does not commit you to a paid pilot. Requests are subject to review; submission does not guarantee acceptance, a delivery date, a system integration or a particular financial outcome. Any paid pilot has separately agreed scope, fees and terms.
Human responsibility
AI suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Operators must validate inputs, risks and recommendations before acting. Culinex’s public tools are not food-safety certification, regulatory advice or a substitute for professional judgment, required safety checks or emergency procedures.
Content and service changes
Culinex branding and original website content belong to their respective owners. Third-party marks belong to their owners. Public demonstrations may change or become unavailable; no uptime commitment applies to the public evaluation tools. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Data handling
Read the Privacy Policy and AI & data handling before submitting information. Contracted services require their own agreed operational and data-processing terms.
