Who this notice covers

This notice covers the public Culinex website, free assessment requests and the public AI operational review. Contracted pilots may have separate data-processing terms agreed before data is connected.

Assessment information

When you request a Free Kitchen Operational Assessment, we collect your name, work email, company, role, group location count, selected kitchen, systems, priorities, optional notes and contact consent. We use these details to review your request and contact you about the assessment, not to automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Requests are stored privately in Lovable Cloud. Anonymous visitors cannot read, change or delete other submissions. A submission reference and duplicate-protection key help prevent repeated copies of the same request.

Optional audience measurement

Only after you choose “Allow measurement,” we record page paths, feature events, a random session identifier and campaign tags: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content. Campaign tags can accompany your assessment to show which campaign brought you here. No names, email addresses, form answers or operational details are sent as measurement events.

Your choice is stored in your browser. Session identifiers and campaign tags use session storage. Declining or withdrawing permission stops future measurement and clears that session information; the website and forms remain available. We have not installed the LinkedIn Insight Tag or other advertising trackers.

Change measurement preferences

AI review inputs

The AI review may include location names, revenue, food and labor percentages and operational descriptions. Submitted details are sent to Lovable AI for processing. Culinex does not persist these inputs or generated reviews in its application database. Provider and hosting systems may process technical logs under their own terms; this is not a promise of zero retention by every processor. See AI & data handling.

Sharing and safeguards

Lovable Cloud hosts private submissions and Lovable AI processes AI review requests. Hosting providers also handle technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. We do not sell assessment details. No CRM connection, automated assessment email or advertising audience integration is active in this website workflow at the date of this notice.

Retention and your requests

Assessment requests remain in private storage for assessment handling and follow-up until removed. No fixed automatic deletion schedule is configured. Measurement events remain until removed; changing your browser preference stops future collection but does not automatically erase previously recorded events.

Request access, correction or deletion of assessment information at support@culinex.ai. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Identify your assessment reference where possible. Rights and lawful exceptions depend on your location; you may also contact your local data-protection authority.
